Level 1 Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Assessments
We can determine the severity of a building’s potential exposure to ember attack, radiant heat and direct flame contact, using increments of radiant heat expressed in kilowatts per meter squared, which is the basis for establishing the requirements for construction to improve protection of building elements from attack by bushfire.
Level 1 Building Code Certification
We can review your plans and designs to ensure compliance with the requirements of the BAL we can also issue Certificates of Design Compliance for obtaining building Permits.
Building Compliance Inspections
We can undertake inspections on your home to ensure compliance with AS3959 Construction of buildings in bushfire prone areas.
